Been wanting to work through Jay-Z for years. Tbh, dude is not for me on the whole, but has 1-2 albums worth of great material.
Top 3 albums are this, The Black Album, and American Gangster. Worst is probably Blueprint 3 but he has 6 other records that could make a case

Honestly for me Jay's got one of the best careers in all of music. I'm only familiar with his run from RD to AG but that's 10 full albums (11 discs worth) of fire ass music. Very few come close to the amount of awesome albums he has, especially in hip hop
