jsyk the brackets were an optional thing, not part of the language. i.e. take it out or leave it in but remove the brackets :p
i also wholeheartedly agree about smith being a fallback and it not working in the slightest here.

Entertaining review. Disagree with it completely, though. I'm going to write one for this with a more positive view... When I have an hour or so of free time, that is. It's kind of bizzare that the only Editors album I actually like is the most maligned one. Bah! Humbug!
