Hey guess what! Album STILL sucks.

just listened fully for the first time. undecided on rating though; i like it but i'm not sure how much.

This album tries to do a crack the skye and fails miserably, i agree with Qwe.

I love both Crack the Skye and this album, and they don't really sound like each other. Skye is much more prog-inspired.

if by prog inspired you mean more than monotonous sludge riffs, yes, it is.

i just found this to be terribly boring.

Wow, there is a lot of hate for this band it seems like. I don't see how people are comparing this to Mastodon's Leviathan because aside from maybe a couple of riffs on the album that sound like Mastodon riffs, this has it's own flavor to it. There are some great vocal melodies and guitar melodies, "The Sweetest Curse" and "A Horse Named Golgotha" as good examples. The whole record really ties everything together very well, it comes back full circle. The southern feel will always get me anyways. I would like to hear what the people who hate this record hate about this record.
