These guys were the best in the game for the first few albums

used to love this shit freshman year of hs, Enter Shikari and Sky Eats Airplane etc. i remember having a self-titled EP that isn't listed on here, was a bit more raw than this

Kinda surprising how this gets much more praise than End of the World Party. I always saw that as their definitive style.
|
| |
End Of The World Party is underrated imo. I got a real soft spot for their first 2 albums

It has some catchy songs like Project Wakeup and the title track, but other than that most of the songs tend to blend into each other and it just gets boring after a while whenever I listen to it all the way through.

EotWP manages to stay catchy all the way through from start to finish, and the guitars don't sound so processed and "flashy", if I could say that lol

end of the world is trash lmao
this record is fun and catchy. DR beefed up the formula, ND was a little stale but had good moments (more hip hop beats). big fan of treehouse too, it's got a really mature sound

End of the World Party >>>> Digital Revolution.
Seriously, the clean vocals just sound awkward and out of place on DR, compared to the former.

This is something 16 year old me would love but 25 year old me doesn't care for

Goddamn I remember seeing this band perform these songs in 2009 in a tiny sweaty venue. I was there for We Came As Romans and had never listened to these guys, but I decided I hated them because of their band name. This album grew on me, but yeah 11 years later it’s pretty cringe.

next on the list is to get users to admit that AA! self titled was an awesome record. #26 on the billboard 200 speaks for itself. Badass album
