Yeah I know they probably weren't influenced by Trivium, it just sounded like them for a minute.

I don't think the Hetfield similarity is that big a factor. I wouldn't have even noticed it unless the name was mentioned in the review.

i kinda agree with this.

It's not a problem, the vocals are the good type of Hetfield vocals. I dig 'em. Great fucking album, this. The title track is one of the beastliest things I've heard all year.

Sounds to me like b-sides of In Requiem.

i kinda like this album now, but still i think LETHIAN DREAMS' album is like, the doom record of the year till now.

EDIT: are you gonna review it Willie?

That Lethian Dreams album is really good, but I don't have time to review it.

Me neither. The weekends are really my only free days to review anymore and on Sunday forget about it. Football season, although my team is already done so i might have a chance to do it.

i agree with Master. This is the best album since draconian times. I have been a fan since icon so i know what im on about. Ive stuck with them and loved all their different directions to be honest. what a great great band. they dont give a fuck and truly make music for themselves. proper artists.

i also agree that in requiem wasnt really all that amazing. the self titled record before it was better.

this album is a cracker though from start to finish.

Gonna go ahead and give this one a perfect 5 / 5.

Flawless album, I can't stop listening to it.

I think my favorite song is probably Cardinal Zero

Album of the year for me

It's just classic Paradise Lost, and can stand up to anything they released over the last 20 years. Hell I go as far as saying it's better than 'Icon'. Every song on FDUDUU is pure gold.

My favs are: 'Frailty', 'Last Regret' and 'Universal Dream'
