I liked the direction they were taking with the last, even if it was a little less rough around the edges. This just is too watered down.

I'm in the minority that liked this. One-X was pretty solid, but this seems to have more variety, and instrumentally it's a bit better too. But yeah, I need to reevaluate their discography in general, cause I'll definitely look at it a bit differently now, I haven't listened to any of this very much recently.

I do find this album GREAT.. I havent listen to TDG som much eighter. And It does not make a band goos if their songs are played on radio.. that was just stupid to write about in your review...

Just judging by the song titles, this album sounds horrid.

3DG is just a mediocre band. The guitarist is so-so, the drummer is so-so, the bassist is so-so, the lyrics suck. There is really nothing impressive about this band.

I enjoyed Break and No More. Maybe as a defense mechanism to bad music overloading the entire world I learned to take extreme comedic pleasure in songs like Last to Know. For this same reason I actually enjoy Smile Empty Soul as my favorite band haha.

I give this about a 2 for the 2 songs that stood out to me.

Side note some of the negative reviewers no matter what album it is I've noticed you guys whine worse than a screamo band. We've got one guy talking about breaking things while most others just scream how horrible the music is and don't actually provide a real critique. What annoys me is when these guys practically rave about how generic and plain everything is. I hear no suggestions or actual music coming from them that sound good and are original.

Others are logical and submit good negative reviews but to the reviewers who are solely overwhiners can we tone it down please? "Horrible, worst music ever." Does not make you a reviewer it makes you look like an attention mongering baby and if you are actually submitting your opinion you come off as a troll at best. I agree things are stock in music nowadays but the pissing and moaning from some of these reviewers is what makes me wanna puke, not the music.

it's kind of sad that people use bands like this as a reference to 'good' music, or think it's a variation from other popular artists

I think these guys are good. Ive only heard one song from this album(World So Cold) and thought it was good.

And notice how i say "I". Meaning its my opinion on this. I notice alot of opinion bashing(i.e. calling anyone who likes these guys idiots) and I just had to point that out.

To the haters of 3DG: If you hate these guys, fine. But calling others who like them "retards" is uncalled and a sign of immaturity. Be respectful of others opinions!!!!!

At least these guys aren't justin bieber. or the jonas bros. At the very least be thankful we don't have more of that!

"this album was simply amazing. i don't know why you guys think this is the worst of the three albums, but really it's the best. They did what they said they were going to do, and they expanded a little bit on how their music sounds. Last to Know is a perfect example, how half the songs is all piano, which they have NEVER done before. theres better guitar, better drums, and in my opinion, its an overall better album than the others. 4/5"

Bringing on teh lulz.

Seriously, everything about 3DG is terrible. Their guitar work is all power chords. Their drumming is god-awful (my friend who can't play drums is just as good, literally). And piano work....if you want ti hear good piano in a song, listen to Chopin.

I never know what to think about Three Days Grace. I have some attraction to Adam's vocals; they appeal to me, oddly enough. Most of the tunes I listen to is Melodic Death Metal and Metalcore (that steers away from the Post-Hardcore junk), and I think a band of one of those genres with clean vocals like Adam's would be perfect for me.
