OK Disturbedfan45, here goes
1) track-by-tracks are kind of disliked here anyway so if you insist on doing one, make sure you won't repeat yourself all the time and actually describe the tracks (saying that this song is cool since it has a solo doesn't quite cut it)
2) more overall information about this album would be good
3) you don't justify your rating, it reads more like a 3.5 review to me than a 4.5 one.
4) proofreading is your friend man, always proofread when writing reviews
