Honestly, this is legit my favorite album ever. It has:
-consistently (intentionally) hilarious moments
-catchy hooks
-is psychedelic pop/rock
-super weird experimental bullshit
-fun vocal effects
-a strong message that somehow doesn't take itself too seriously

Understandable, there isn't many pop albums that can pull all that off. Its a classic for sure. I just don't see it as much of a radical iteration as the previous two albums. Flower punk is a fave, Sounds like what Faust and The Residents would do.
