watch the filth and the fury rockumentary. in concert, sid thwacks his bass ever so often. NO bass player can hold his hand up without playing for that long. EVER. in ANY song. (except if it has no bass but that's a different matter.)

i just saw Lech Kowalsi's documentary on the Pistols and was fortunate enough to talk to Mr. Kowalski himself. He knew Sid Vicious and he told me that Sid would do the ocasional solo on the live shows, but that his bass amp was specially turned up for those (short) occasions.

and all his solos were like two notes. like, 1 on the E chord, and 1 on the A chord, up and down, real easy.

Man I love this album.

THIS is punk. I love it. nothing fancy, just snarling lyrics and good music.

This is dubbed 'simple' but its far more advanced than that NOFX and pennywise excuse for punk coming out of American :P

I also think the fact they only ever made one album is legendary

Yes, ~I know this review has been done before. I know I did it myself, at some point. But Im going to do it again, and this time Ill put all my review-writing knowledge into it. So here goes.
