I think this because it's their strongest album to date and it sounds like their past few albums, so I don't see why you should really get anything else.

Arch Enemy is amazing, and the Amott brothers are amazing guitarists there are some things they do on the guitar that myself as a guitarist can't begin to understand, could someone tell me what is goin on with the guitars in Nemesis at about the 42 second mark, cuz that is some pretty crazy sounding stuffThis Message Edited On 08.01.06

It's all whammy bar tricks. And Thor, you need Stigmata too. Best album they've done so far. However, I do think this album is the best one they've had since Gossow got onboard.

is he maybe doin a pinch harmonic and then diving with the whammy bar??

This album is resally good, but no one ever talks about Wages Of Sin. I think thats their best album in the Angela era.
I need to buy an album from the Johan era though. I plan on getting either Burning Bridges of Stigmata, since i can never find Black Earth. This Message Edited On 08.01.06

Burning Bridges is horrible. Johan changed his voice for the worse, and the music is a bit uninspired. Get Stigmata.

Arch Enemy is a flawless live act. I saw them supporting Cradle of Filth on the Headbanger's Ball Tour two years ago and they blew me away. I'd love to see a solo by Daniel.

Oh my god, I've come to love this album at last. Their best work ever.
|
| |
I get to see them in...41 days, give or take. Gigantour 2006.

Drunken Viking knows the right way to right a review. Instead of boring us with the bands history and bio, he just gave a link. Brilliant.

What?
|
| |
DV didn't write this.
|

Hehehe...whoops. Anyways, I do enjoy parts of this album although it is quite disturbing to think these vocals come out of a female. They sure would be a treat live.

Angela sounds even scarier than most male vocalists. It's astounding.
|
| |
She puts male death metal vocalists to shame.
Anyway, I'm planning on getting this album, since I loved them at Download Festival this year.
