There are great moments, and I do admire the fearless experimentation, but in the end it's just a mess embodying the worst parts of old school psychadelia. I have enjoyed it a bit more on repeat listens though, so maybe it'll grow on me enough to actually like it

Checking this out because it was recommended to me by someone and the name dropping in this review made it sound like a piece of heaven but this really isn't that interesting. Vanguard is great but everything else is just meh

no but really Pink Lemonade is utterly different from this - its funky, sexy, groovy, over-the-top in every aspect, overflowing with humour, absolutely ridiculous
