I love me some Dio and Sabbath, but I found this somewhat plodding and a little boring. Kind of a dissapointment, although far from terrible.

Seeing these guys when they support Iron Maiden in Dublin in july, can't fucking wait.

This album proves that Iommi still has some of the best riffs around. Plus, also proving that Dio can still sing like a
motherfucker. Unlike Ozzy in the past 16 or so, this album has a lot of life and fire in it.

and then a day later, he died. RIP

Tony Iommi, Ronnie James Dio,(RIP) Geezer Butler, Vinnie Appice
These 4 musicians are very talented and over the years they had been working numerous times in studios so their experience is huge.
It would be impossible for them to produce a bad record.
"The Devil You Know" has some awesome riffs and of course an amazing performance by Ronnie who proved us that despite his age he could perform at a high level.

Dio left this vain world with a dark doomy pessimistic masterpiece.
May Satan bless his soul.

Dio's death is a crying shame. This was a great album and I really would have liked to see what they could have done next.
