I mean it's a pretty good song but I so wanted it to just explode into raw emotion like all the songs on here do at some point and it didn't and that just left me cold
In fact I think that outside of Pale Black Eye and the t/t, that record was severely lacking in the displays of emotion that I love on here a la when 100 Dollars explodes, and that's why I think it's inferior
Oh and also April Fool is awful

the title track of simple math is easily their most emotional song tho. deer, mighty, pale black eye, virgin, leave it alone and leaky breaks rule hard as well

Dude have you heard the unreleased album Nobody Sings Anymore? Girl With Broken Wings is easily their most emotional and sad song, 10x more so than Simple Math
I like every song on Simple Math except April Fool, don't get me wrong I think it's a great album, but I prefer this. Pale Black Eye, Virgin and the t/t is an incredible run.
