This plays out like they told me it would.
It's brilliant at points, but i'm just a fanboy.
Lyrics make this album just as much as the music.
The story matches the music so well.
EDIT:
I raised my raiting because after alphabets I had lost hope.
But, after listening to this everyday so far for about a week
it reminds me of what I really use to like TS for which is their
dynamics and song structure. This Message Edited On 03.18.09

I'm just gonna come out and say it. Hospital Music = mad overrated. Thank God they're getting away from the whole post-hardcore thing. The only bands that can get away with it and not sound like a total retread of the genre these days are Thrice, Glassjaw, and to some extent, Thursday.

And The Jonbenet.
I disagree with Bad Luck being better then Hospital Music but obviously I haven't figured out what's so special about this album yet.

Then i book my flight
I head back to Geneva
I don't believe in God, I do believe i'm evil.
Honestly it's the way the story(lyrics) of this album coexist with the music and make it sparkle like some of the best concept albums.
Least for me

yeah, if someone were to just describe it in a sentence or so, Trophy Scars would probably at this point be dead to me, but the band actually pulled this off pretty well.

I feel very mixed about this album. There is no song that I enjoy the entire way through, and there are none that I entirely dislike.
I must say though that the saxophone in Toronto, I believe, is excellent.

I still think 'Hospital Music...' was their best work though, by far.
