Haven't heard this in a stupid long time but I actually appreciate it a hell of a lot more now. Some of these riffs are just dizzying. It's like an astronomical meteor storm concentrating fire directly on my cul-de-sac.

The song has the right amount of technical prowess but isn't just technical for the sake of it. Also that main melody is beautiful. Some other songs miss the mark when it comes to sounding appealing musically speaking imo, just sounds like technicality for the sake of it.
