I’m honestly not sure there is a better way to say “it’s a shame she died for something so shitty” I’m not sure how I’m the asshole here lmao

She’s an icon and that’s a rude ass thing to say about someone’s tragic and untimely death

it's like if I died driving to the store to get cigarettes, and then someone said "shame he died over something stupid like getting cigarettes". I didn't actually die over cigarettes, it just happened to be what I was going to get when I died. It's dumb, but he's basically just saying her death was tragic.

I don’t agree with that comparison, she was doing what she loved and making a music video that he happens to dislike, not going out to do something as trite as buy cigarettes. Of course it’s dated now, everything from that era is, but that’s not indicative of what it was when she was filming it. I do agree that it’s dumb tho, hence my initial comment 😂
