Hope is good but I prefer their 90s approach. It's not that I don't like or appreciate what they're doing now but their doomy and heavy sound is closer to my preferences. As far as passion, to me it doesn't get more passionate than A4 and Judgement.

Anathema is all about sadness, darkness and gloomy lyrics. Even their name..anathema is a greek word, which is used when someone is f*ckin angry, a curse to gods.
I mean, imagine Katatonia, writing songs about how beautiful the world is. o.O
Even if I love WS, A Natural Disaster is the last "anathema" album

@Agg Paralysed has an actual structure to it, unlike this t/t which has an appallingly lazy ending.
@Vermicide Sure, all those tracks are good, but as Spaceman said, some of the lyrics are cringeworthy and for me the
production is slightly off. Plus that Shaun Steels guy is a horribly average drummer, ruins Fragile Dreams a bit for me.
