I really like KING. I can understand fans of the earlier albums wouldn't like this or Now, Diabolical, but I still think this is going to be really good. All Satyricon albums except Rebel Extravaganza are great.

Whats Rebel Extravaganza like? Listening to the old albums and its pure awesome black metal but Now Diabolical is "Black n roll" and its not my thing so is Rebel Extravaganza a mix of both?

I've always liked Satyr's vocals. They were fucking great on the first 3 albums. They're still pretty good now, but nothing like they were back then. The 90's was such a great time for black metal. Thats when all the great black metal was being released.This Message Edited On 03.03.09

I hate his vocals here. I dunno why, I feel that the poor man is gonna break apart in any second. He's trying to half-screech half-sing, but he ends up failing at either. Same with Now, Diabolic.

This is absolute shit. What a lazy attempt to make decent black n'roll, especially the last three songs where it's so fucking slow, uninspired and just downright boring. At least it was a touch better than Now, Diabolical.
