why didn't you mention the drumming i'll assume Gavin is awesome as usual will check the album out soon.
i always liked steve musically but i hate his vocals, will probably still check this out at some point and complain about the vocs...nice first review

excellent. sw expanded on the style of foabp on this including some new influences.
harmony korine, salvaging, veneno para las hadas and significant other are my favs but overall pretty consistent.

i use an ipod, and i love anything SW does, but i also collect vinyl so i see where he is coming from. I dont think he is against the ipod in a physical sense, i just think that he hates that kids are not getting into entire albums these days. its too easy to just download the single track they like. plus the fact that you dont get anything physical in return, its just a bunch of 1's and 0's. Like it or not, the ipod IS killing the music industry for real musicians.
