Like I said above in the comments section AULDY, I was actually quite surprised that I had not got more people disagreeing with me on this review & rating. But reading over your comments, I wonder if we are actually all that different. I like the closer (maybe not as much as yourself, but I like it a lot). The opener is obviously good & 'Despair in the Departure Lounge' obviously does lack production value (I should have said that in the review actually).
Yeah, 'No Buses' is ok & I like the melody, but it's forgettable in a way that the album tracks off the debut LP were not. Our main disagreement is obviously over 'Cigarette Smoker', which to me just seems uninvolving & too bland. Just my opinion though & I can see how many could think otherwise.
Good feedback/opinion Auldy.

Listen DavID, it's a Tuesday afternoon... Shouldn't you be doing something constructive with your time like studying or working, instead of reading album reviews and taunting people like me!?!?!? At least I have an excuse... I live in a state that has it's priorities so screwed that we get a public holiday for a horse race!!!
Nah, that didn't sound very mean at all. Oh well.

This EP is fantastic and a must for any AM fan out there. I remeber when I first heard these songs I was absolutely stunned. Who The **** are Arctic Monkeys is one of the best Indie Pop songs ever recorded.

Fair enough I guess TeddyPicker, but I really don't think the middle 3 songs would appeal to casual fans of the band. They're not bad & are definitely worth a listen, but they're not anything outstanding for mine. Just my opinion though.

Great EP. No Buses, 'Same-Titled' Song & Despair In The Departure Lounge, brilliant songs.

Pretty awesome. While not as hard hitting as their debut these are still some pretty tasty tunes.
