Fuck off, AC/DC used to be cool. Anyone who denies that is an idiot.

Therefore, you're an idiot.

Writing the same song for 30 years sure is cool in my book.

I've only heard Rock N' Roll Train and it did irreparable damage to my ears.

Good review, but it's not really fair to give it a one with your arguments. A 2, maybe, but 2.5 looks fair. You say you got angry because it's the same thing, but you could say that about nearly any AC/DC album, and I highly doubt you would go and rate every AC/DC album a 1.
I haven't got my hands on this yet, but I've heard Rock 'n Roll Train, and I have to say that I don''t really see much of a problem with it. Yes, it's still AC/DC, no frills, but is that alone enough to warrant a 1? Especially when it's as enjoyable as it is (though I guess that's just an opinion).
I can't refrain from a pos though, it's a really good review. I liked the first paragraph a lot.

Good album, good review. Although I dont agree with pretty much your whole review (except that it sounds like everything else theyve done, that parts undeniable)

your very last sentence is what I thought as soon as I saw this album was coming out, acdc does what they know and never stray away from it

1. I am not fifteen years or younger.

2. I have definitely been exposed to the glory days.

3. I am not very, very easily impressed.

Still, I like this album. Of course, I am fully aware of the fact that AC/DC have been doing the same thing since for a LOOOOOONG time, but that seems to be the only reason you're giving this album a 1. Point is, AC/DC just rocks. It's that simple, really.

The rating doesn't match the review...the rating implies you've never heard of AC/DC and for some moronic reason you expected this album to be different.

And your summary says "Back in grey, AC/DC deliver a rockin' amount of mediocrity." perhaps your unfamiliar with the term mediocrity, because if this is mediocre what in the sweet hell would you rate something below mediocre?

And no highlights? The single and Anything Goes are two examples of standouts. I've been listening to Anything Goes over and over since I've heard it.

And I can't help but point out your a fan of Wolfmother...you know the band that rips off the 70's just as much as AC/DC rips themselves off...but I guess a new name and younger band members changes everything doesn't it?

"then how is it a four"

Have you actually listened to it...??

Personally this is a new favorite from the boys...kick ass, fist-pumping, high-energy rock 'n roll; it's like these guys are STILL fighting the Rock 'n Roll war. Brian's voice sounds better than it has in a LONG time! Wow, I can't believe it. There are a few "not-so-AC/DC" songs on here as well; Stormy May Day, Anything Goes, Rock 'n Roll Dream.... Awesome stuff.

Their best since the '80s IMO.

P.S. review is meh; lots of unfair comments towards the band I could make about a number of bands on each and every one of your lists. The whole point to AC/DC, is simple rock 'n roll music, for the average person, who if wants to air-guitar or head-bang, just throw in a three minutes AC/DC song and rock out.

Over rated? This band is far too UNDER RATED by the idiots who think they know what they're talking about by saying the same old thing all other ignorant haters say...I mean c'mon, you people all sound the SAME; even worse than AC/DC does. This Message Edited On 10.20.08

I agree on some parts of the album and it is well written, but a 1? Wow, are you saying this is up to par with a Limp Bizkit's Results May Vary or something?

This would basically be the equivalent of me just being an asshole and going over to a band that I really don't like, such as Angels and Airwaves, and rating them a one. I've given up on Fall Out Boy too; I don't think they've got any talent whatsoever.

This doesn't deserve a one, but whatever. No skin off my back.
