Because I'm quite stingy with ratings and because you can only rate so many albums a 5 and I like the stuff I did rate a 5 slightly more, but that's not to say the stuff I did rate at 4.5 is anything short of phenomenal.
I suggest reading the lyrics along with the album because this record is all about the lyrics.
