I wouldn't necessarily think that loads of people will say this is a classic, and even those who do will be in the metalcore community, if that even exists in 15 years. Ignorant listeners have been doing for ages now, particularly with 80's pop tunes, and that's never going to stop.
Whenever I hear someone say that this is the heaviest thing they listen to, I just want to shove Gorguts or something up their face and see what they say about that.
