They do the drone, yeah. Their debut has such a dense atmosphere though and doesn’t rely on obvious crescendos / typical ‘modern’ post-rock song-writing tropes. I find it captivating. Interesting (sparse) use of vocal passages too.
Some of their later works are hit and miss, although t/t is also rather good
