I think the title track may be my favorite song from this year, perfect metal song, the intro is epic, and that grunt Alvestam lets out at the beginning reminds me a lot of Dan Swano, which is gonna be a plus.
And I think I orgasm a little when he hits those insanely high notes at the beginning and the end of the second Ghost Prototype song. He's quickly becoming one of my favorite vocalists.
I've heard that these guys are a lot like Soilwork, but I disagree, these guys are much better, at least according to this album. I need to get more of their stuff.

I enjoyed this alot more than Pitch Black Progress, only songs i liked on that album was Mind Machine, Dreaming 24/7, Retaliator and Deviate from the form.
On this Album i pretty much like them all, my favorite are Morphogenesis, Timewave Zero, Artificial Sun Projection and Ghost Prototype II (Deus Ex Machina) I can listen to those songs over and over and over... ... ... and over! Their best so far.

Yeah, Holographic Universe (the song) is pretty much the best thing this band has ever written, and that includes Kaleidescope God.

Never really listened to much Scar Symmetry...would this be a good album to start with? The myspace tracks are all sweettastic but The Illusionist was owntacular so should i start with that album?
