Oh lawd....
Just when I though ''Sagas'' was the perfection and went to take a listen at this album, just as ''a lil' extra'' because I just knew it couldn't be as good, I get fking amazed by the first song I listen: ''Nordheim''. As quickly as I could, I went to check if the whole album was actually THAT good, and yes....unbe-fking-lievable.
This is nearly as good as their second album, it just happens to be I'm not that fond of some blast beats and, like mentioned earlier by someone, the weird and irritating pig vocals at ''Met''
But besides that, this is another album you'll treasure for the rest of your life.
Congrats, Equilibrium, you got yourself a new fanboi.

I'm not going to lie, Der Strum makes me want to go out and slay. That song has one of the greatest riffs i've ever heard in metal. The chug after the solo is beat worthy as well.

This is such a great album. "Der Sturm" and "Wingthors Hammer" have to be my favourites, but I love singing (or rather screaming) along to "Met" as well. Also, Der Sturm is really fun to play on the guitar and not to difficult either! This album only just falls short of their god-like second album "Sagas".
