Wow... a debut album... I can't believe it! This album is better than any other "metalcore" band i have heard, and it's THEIR FIRST!! FOR FUCK SAKE, THEIR FIRST ALBUM!!! This is like the Wintersun of "Metalcore"... Their next album will probably make me Jizz on my cd player.

oh my, it's good metalcore

This is one of best metal albums I've come across in recent years. The guitar work is simply phenomenal, to include dual lead solos and runs that sound like they were crafted and performed by the skilled outfits more than twice their age...we know who they are...

The solos! The lead in 'Dead Divine' is possibly one of the most infectious solos these ears have been graced with.

wow..just wow. this is great

yeah this album is awesome. Sylosis and Anterior are definatley leading the UK metal scene in a good direction at the moment.
|

Sylosis destroys this guys; this is as average as average gets.
|
| |
i dont understand how these guys are metalcore at all?

These guys put out a damn good debut album. If I wasn't mistaken they said their new album was supposed to come out this year. Obviously, that hasn't happened though.

Metalcore is unfortanately ruined by so many bands, yet its such a sick genre when done right. Melodic harmonies, dualing guitars, raging solos...it just draws me in. Especially when given a good vocalist and kick ass breakdowns. Anterior definitely impressed me! I had to dig for these guys and Im glad I found them. I just hope they dont sell out like All That Remains, Killswitch Engage, and Trivium.

| |
trivium laid the groundwork for these guys, soo not only are they metalcore they sound exactly like trivium lol

I'm not the biggest fan of this style of metal, but I did really get into this band. Shame there gone, or maybe a spin off band?

This shit has held up incredibly well. Gangsta.

was just revisiting this myself last night. definitely holds up.

Going through the whole album rn cause the solos are just too pure.
|

This has been sitting at my local record store at $3 for years now lol

Listened to this and remembered why I never ended up buying it. It’s a pretty well-executed album but in the end it’s pretty derivative and one-note, flashy without substance
