Meh, In Mourning got thoroughly overrated by, it seems, the Opeth haters. It's a decent album, but nothing groundbreaking. This is slightly better I think.

Are people really still discussing this skid mark? Here are the top seven reasons Opeth should break up.
1. The lead singer’s scream or “deep growl” is borderline comical, it is impossible to take his “singing” seriously. On top of this, there is absolutely nothing unique about his singing voice.
2. The harmony breaks in Opeth’s songs are extremely bland, un-catchy, and forced.
3. The instrumentals are lazy, random, and technically un-impressive.
4. No one has ever gotten laid listening to Opeth.
5. Any Metal band that uses keyboards should stick to video game soundtracks.
6. Everyone who has ever told me I should try listening to Opeth has been a huge douchebag.
7. Lastly, listening to Opeth is down right boring, there is nothing surprising about any of their songs or albums. This band is way too ordinary to receive the amount of attention they are given on this web site.
8. Sputnik music is run, and censored by Opeth fan boys.

1. Who's a better screamer in the genre? It fits the bill perfectly. His singing voice is very nice in my opinion.
