Every Opeth album is worth a listen. There are essentials on every album. A Fair Judgment is a great song off Deliverance, and of course the title track.
Biscuit nailed the songs that make Orchid a strong release. I rate Blackwater Park a bit over Orchid, but the first five are defiantly their strongest era.

I tend to rate Deliverance well even in the Opeth discography (6th). Not sure why it gets looked down upon. A weak Opeth album is still a pretty strong album all-around.

I think most people like the title track and AFJ. Wreath and Master's Apprentice have their moments. Listening to By the Pain I See in Others at the moment. Not their best (Mikael doesn't like it all, actually), but the guitar is still killer.
Those riffs in A Fair Judgement are amazing.
