Song of the year? That would be "Crying" by TV On The Radio.
"Kids" is so close it's ridiculous and pretty much any song from "Vampire Weekend" is third.
I listened to "Skinny Love" way to much when I first got the album. It doesn't seem to great now (but it is).This Message Edited On 11.17.08

Crying does rock, well basically the whole album rocks. But yeah, Kids is/was instant, and well, still ear-butter.
