More talent than you? Check.

I'll bet he actually does. It's not hard at all.

Why do you believe that The Insane Clown Posse are not talented?

They have some pretty clever rhymes and highly original beats.

Highly original =/= good. In fact, in ICP's case, original = god-awful.

Your musical taste shows that 95% of what you listen to is metal. Why are you commenting on the quality of a rap group?

And giving 3.5 for Sum 41/My Chemical Romance...that's just fucking sad. This Message Edited On 08.13.08

Sum 41 and My Chemical Romance are mainstream garbage. ICP are great underground rappers.

This sentence makes me ashamed of being of the same species as you.

Because you like Sum 41 and My Chemical Romance? Ick.

Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope release some really creative and funny stuff that challenges the norm. It doesn't matter if you personally dislike them. The sign of a good artist is that they not only care about the music that they produce, but they contribute significantly to their form, and ICP and Psychopathic Records have done that. This Message Edited On 08.13.08

Yes, it is idiotic that a person who likes SUM 41 and MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE will bash Insane Clown Posse.

I dont really enjoy much from them but theres a reason they actually made it out into the mainstream. They have some sort of talent. The reason ICP are still "underground" is that not many like or care for what they are doing. They are more famous for the eminem incident than anything.

Sum 41 and My Chemical Romance didn't "make it into the mainstream". They blew enough record executives to get a record deal, who in turn, bribed enough sleazy radio DJs to play their songs, and MTV to tell all its viewers to like these bands.

And, if you'll recall, ICP had the number 4 album on the charts back in 1999. They've done extremely well for an underground rap group. And all without having to change their style in order to intentionally fit the tastes of the mainstream.

I never gave a shit about Eminem. He set 50 Cent upon the world. I don't want to hear another word about that kid again. We need rappers like 50 Cent like we need Bryant Gumbel to show up on television in blackface singing "MAMMY!"This Message Edited On 08.13.08

No i don't recall, since i had not heard these idiots back then(Unfortunatly it didnt stay that way). Even Vanilla Ice had a number one back in 1990, not to mention Milli Vanilli who had a 6x platinum album and didnt even sing or play on the record.

The fact that you put ICP in such a respectable group leads me to believe you have no understanding of the underground whatsoever. ICP don't belong there. They never have nor ever will.

Vanilla Ice and Milli Vanilli made POP MUSIC. There's a difference.

Underground = no major label, no commercial intentions, not popular with the mainstream (as exemplified by the fact that the pop freaks on this website hate them with a passion).

ICP are the biggest underground rap group out there.
