such a sweet album.. albeit hard to keep up with at times because its such a brutal, intensely quick mind fuck. john longstreth is crazy as shit. all these guys are just insane at their instruments. makes me proud to be from kansas for once.

Great album IMO. Incredible musicianship without getting too wanky (Necrophagist), however, as others have already mentioned, it is let down by a lack of variation.
John Longstreth really has set the benchmark with this album. He is one of the most creative yet tasteful extreme metal drummers out there and is a heavy influence on my own playing.

i like this one, im more a fan of incantation ..but this band definately seems to have some serious potential. new school death metal has definately "progressed" in some sense. faster is'nt always better though.

Loud and fast, unapologetic with their technicality...punches right to the face but the vocals though are not that mixed well. Another good technical death metal to add to my collection.

This album is brolic. Kinda hard to listen all the way through sometimes due to the brutal beat down of every track. This is by far one of the heaviest albums I've ever listened to.

Ok, this band officially rules. I downloaded 4 of their songs. All random ones. I liked all of them. They sound like a combination of all of my favorite tech death bands. I'm surprised this band isn't more popular on this site.

I guess another huge reason why i like these guys is because all the songs i heard sound like they could fit right in on scepter of the ancients.
