This could be the greatest comeback album in the history of metal. Suprising seeing that the majority of metal's vintage bands would have sold out by now :P. Anyway, back to the album. This is the first Priest album in fifteen years to have Rob Halford on it. This album is also great for all newbies to the band as well . The album also has quite clever lyrics which refer back to themselves all the way through the album. Arrogant but witty :P.

Judas Rising (4:13)
This is probably the single cleverest song of all time. It is about a evil beast rising for hell and taking over the world, it is pretty obvious the are refering to themselves. This album also builds up and builds up showing the rise of Judas Priest. The album starts off with a solo kinda thang which is a very well written guitar part. Another guitar comes in which backs it up with a pretty cool riff and then drums come out of nowhere. With the whole band playing together is just magical. They have not lost any of there brilliance in age. This song also have an incredible solo which is geniously written. This is certainley one of my favourite tracks of the album. Moving on... 5/5

Deal with the devil (3:54)
Another really good song. Not much to say about this song really except it is really good . His scream is pretty cool on this one and yet again another badass solo but what do you expect from Priest?!?!? Also has some pretty cool lyrics. 5/5

Revolution (4:42)
This is a song that not many people like but I enjoyed highly. It is far less metal than there other tracks and also is very repetitive. For the majority of songs he just repeats 'here comes the revolution, time for retibution'. This does get quite interesting later on in the song when they have Rob singing it and Rob is screaming something (not sure what) in the background. Yet some more brilliant guitar work. 3/5

Worth fighting for (4:18)
This song has a simple yet effective bass introduction and quiet vocals with some occasional chords with the geetar. Hearing the bass on a Judas Priest album :O?!? I hear you cry and yes it is true! This kicks into a also slow chorus and then the riffs become a bit heavier and then a brilliant solo. I know you are probably getting sick of my love for there solos but suck it :P. After that it goes back to being quiet with the brilliant lyrics "somethings are worth fighting for." The riffs get heavy again and the song is over! Slow yet heavy in a way song which I like . 4/5

Demonizer (4:37)
This is probably the most heavy song on the album. With some creepy ass backing vocals. With the line "The scream of the demon..." repeated about every thirty seconds which gets pretty annoying but guess what it has got! A cool solo 3/10

Wheels of fire (3:46)
This song has some quite boring guitar work but there are some quite magnificent lyrics. This song is bland and boring and the only one to not have a kick-ass solo . It sounds like a very technical solo but just isn't as brilliant as the others. Even the lyrics get boring by the end . 2/10

Angel (4:24)
I am pretty sure I have heard this riff but it is some magnificently music. This song has the most beautiful lyrics ever while still being metaly lyrics at the same time. It heavys itself up at the 3 and a half minutes mark but with the same kinda riff. This is probably the most beautiful metal song of all time. 5/5

Hellrider (6:23)
Starts out with a bit bland riff but kicks in with a heavy riff. This song shows off Rob's scream the most even if it isn't the best song on the record. This song is quite repetitive really and Rob's scream gets annoying in the choruses. This song has a ***ing crazy, but unfornately not as catchy as the others on this record, solo. This song probably on dissapoints me is because it is after such a brilliant song mind. This song is meh. 2/5

Eulology (2:52)
This is another beautiful song. They even got out the piano for this one. This one also has some nice lyrics but is nothing compared to angel . 3/5

Lochness (13:29)
Well...this is a long song. It starts out with quite a boring, calm and quiet beginning but then kicks in with a heavy riff and I love it. This then heads into some heavy shi' in general. This song also has an incredible solo. This song is incredible, if only it didn't go on for so long . 5/5

Well as you may be able to see, except for a few tracks I love this album to bits. I recommend it to die-hard Judas Priest fans and Judas Priest newbies. So basically what I am saying is that if you don't have this album go out and get it NOW!

5/5

I thankyou

I am pretty sure this review sucks but meh

This album kicks ass, your review doesn't, no offense. In my OPINION, revolution and worth fighting for are the BEST tracks on the cd. Deal with the Devil is my least favorite. I agree with u on hell rider but wheels of fire is better then that. CHECK OUT THE DVD ONE TOO, DVD ON BACK, reunited DVD, with like Breaking the law, living after midnight, diamonds and rust, and some other greatest hits. Dude, they're old. But they rock.

Okay, I'm sorry dude, but you are right about your review. Track-by-track format is pretty weak, and you are inconsistent with your song rating. Next time, just use .5 instead of switching to 10. Your reasons for your ratings are also pretty bad, especially on Lochness, and considering the number of tracks you rated as average or filler, I would've expected the album rating to be much lower (4 out of 10 tracks rated 5, rest are 4 and under :[ ). I'm sorry, I'm just trying to give you some tips for the future.
