Back to School is a good song. I dunno, maybe it has something to do with growing up listening to the album rather than viewing the song in retrospect?
Because anybody who grew up listening to Deftones, at the time the song was very much in the vein of the Deftones sound at the time, and the awesome video playing on MTV all the time — great piece of nostalgia for me. Definitely not one of their best songs or anything, but it’s definitely a good, fun song.
