i guess but this is still the better album. this really is the last Opeth album where everything feels connected (save for maybe watershed) as opposed to just being a collection of songs.

the pacing of this album is perfect. when youre in the final couple minutes of the title track its like everything that came before it was propelling you to that moment. i really cant think of many metal albums that do that so effectively.
