Dark Saga had two good ballads, but all of the heavier songs were kind of boring. Something Wicked is good, but not on the same level as this.

That is one of the "ballads" I was referring to. That's an awesome song. Easily one of their best.

This is the only Iced Earth album I really care about. It's damn near perfect though.

I like The Hunter from the dark saga... maybe I am the only one

Iced Earth sometimes bores me because it isn't melodic enough and the riffs always sound the same. But this was a good album

Fans of this band should try the new Helstar album. It fuckin' rocks.
