The first time this really clicked for me I was living at home but had my license, so I drove to school so my parents would think I went to class, but really I just sat in my car and tried to take a nap.
I put this on because I thought it was pretty peaceful even though I didn't fully get it, but after a track or so I realized I wasn't really tired and turned this up. I kind of just lied there looking out my windshield at the sky and taking this in from start to finish. By the time I was done with it I fucking loved it. IDK, something about my mood at that time must have meshed.
It's actually a pretty juvenile story that's lame, but I just think everyone has to have that moment however weird or dumb it is where the album just clicks with them.

Yeah roygbiv was the first BoC I really loved, I was into it way before the rest of it clicked. It's actually weird to me retrospectively that it took any time at all for me to love this.
