I may have just made the greatest joke in existence jacktiger, and you don't get it.

Probably one of the greatest jokes ever on this site. You had me in stitches!

This thread has turned into lol now that I've noticed. The most gangsta thing about this album is the part where you can hear a dead body being dragged through the woods after a drive by shooting hahaha. ESSENTIAL!

This album needs to be longer.
Unless that means that every song would end up with some interlude crammed into it where some dipshit stumbles through some leaves.

No not that lol. I just wish it was like 15 minutes longer. I think I might be more satisfied then.

ha ha, yeah if there was another song that would be cool. Especially considering that they'll never release anything like this again.

Yeah I know. I cant say this enough, they should've stuck with black metal.

I have to disagree. I think there's less people doing what they do now, and they do it really well. Considering where they took their black metal on their third album, I'm happy with how things turned out.

Agree with Willie besides, If Ulver stuck to black metal they would be nowhere as awesome as they would be now. I prefer their ambient stuff anyways although this is my favorite.

The only albums that I listen to from their post black metal era are Perdition City and Shadows of the Sun. I like SotS more though because it has a black metal like atmosphere.

Shadows Of The Sun and Kveldssanger are close seconds for me. A lot of fags bitch about how Een Stemme Locker is filler and brings down the flow of the album when it's actually really good. Also a good preview of what's in store for the next album.

Een Stemme Locker isn't really that much like the Kveldssanger material, really

It's an amazing song though

The middle of Graablick makes me want to mutilate my ears with a spork though the rest of the album is gold.

Why? The forest section kicks ass, especially the piano.
