I'm not a huge fan of guitar solos in general so I find the ones in that song don't really do much for me, and the middle section is a little jarring for my tastes. I get that it's sort of the point that the flow of the song is broken by that section, but the "story" of the song (or whatever you want to call it) just isn't interesting enough

The lyrics are so dense and immensely creative. That's probably my favorite thing about this. Thom is a masterful songwriter, thats for certain..

Electioneering is a great song for all those lying ass politicians we have. That riff in that song is fantastic. I like the ''It's just business'' line and ''Say the right thing, when electioneering''

Would you guys say that this album has the high average due to nostalgia, or do you think the 4.6 is an accurate objective average?

When it comes to tackling modern themes in a fresh, inventive and daring manner while exploring musical boundaries and delivering soul stirring tunes has there been anything better in the last 20yrs?

4.6 is a stretch. I wouldn't call it the best album ever or even the best Radiohead album, but it is amazing and it is creative, and atmospheric, and timeless. So no, not nostalgia. Maybe it's been put on a podest a bit too much.
