No but track 7, the last track, does. Kind of like they did in the last track of their EP. It's weird.

I'm in love with this CD. I've been listening to it constantly since its release, and I'm still not sick of it.

Yes, I know it's just 'generic post-rock,' but it's just done so well. In my opinion, these guys just have a way of conveying a certain kind of emotion with their music that a lot of other bands in their genre can't grasp quite as well.

it's sad that this isn't as great. Quiet is such a good track.

man, this is so much better then you guys give it credit for.

I almost want to write a review to express my differing opinion, but there's not all that much to say. It's just so goddamn satisfying.

I like this better than Young Mountain tbh. Songwriting wise I see it as more mature and going beyond just writing catchy, pretty songs.

I happen to think this album is very well put together. Threads is an extremely beautiful song.

Good review, though a bit harsh IMO.

I think another online review put it best, this is nothing re-inventing the wheel like GY!BE or EiTS, but is good enough that if it had come out 5 years or so ago when they were first breaking through, it'd be held in similar regard.

Well-worded.

I find it soothing, but you are right, there are plethoras of bands doing the same thing. It's a shame (if it is as horrible as you make it seem) that they are just another run-of-the-mill band, because they have one of the most incredible band names.

This cd was the first stuff of theirs I heard. First thought was this is boring, some cool guitar textures, the peaks were cool kind of repetitive. But, I can honestly say that never once while listening to this cd did I change the song. Each song some hows captures your attention, right when you start noticing the repetitiveness they throw something in that leaves you in awe. IMO The review didn't give the cd justice.

i like to think they're aware of the "repetitiveness" and it's intentional

yeah but that doesn't make it less boring. Villa Del Refugio or w/e is great for snowy night bus rides home from school though.

This is a well crafted post-rock album. Definitely didn't see Tunnel Blankets coming though. That album is superb.

The album art on this bugs me for some reason. Maybe it's the combination of its off-centered-ness and my OCD.
