yeah. The review on the link has details on what the actual story is about. The CD of Dooom unfolds revealing a whole bunch of awesome pictures which complement the story told through the lyrics. Apparently the story behind Dooom is linked to that of Last CD Before Doomsday.

Well thought out concept albums (like Opeth's MAYH and Still Life, yeah you know 'em, you love 'em lol) tend to decimate.

yeah, there's nothing I like more than a good concept. It makes the whole experience worthwhile.
