This album is the definition of generic br00tal metal. It sucks. Once you've the first track you've heard it all. They are however one of the best bands i've ever seen live. Which makes me angry, because this album isn't anywhere near exceptional

I guess I should check these guys out live, and then see if I like the cd.

I really hate this new 'deathcore' scene, but "No Pity For A Coward" had me headbanging along to the breakdowns, and "Bludgeoned to Death" Impressed me, and made me laugh at the ridiculous "THE DOCTOR WON'T BE ABLE TO RECOGNIZE YOUR FUCKING FACE!" part.

I dont listen to Deathcore so i wouldnt know what you guys are talking about when you say that they all sound the same, but all i know is that Suicide Silence is good. They will probably be the only Deathcore band i listen to since according to almost everyone they all sound the same. This album is brutal as hell. Some parts are like Brutal Death Metal and then some other parts are almost just Metalcore. Bludgeoned To Death is so awesome.

You should check out Whitechapel then. They are just like Suicide Silence.

Whitechapel and Impending Doom are clones.

I've heard some of Whitechapel before and they sounded pretty good, but im not really looking to go that much into Deathcore because if they are all the same then im probably just going to stick with a couple bands, if not just this one.

Yeah I see what you mean. Check out All Shall Parish though, they are different, and amazing.

Yeah, All Shall Perish deserves at least a look. Definitely try to listen to Glass Casket. They're not really deathcore as much as they are metalcore, but they are really good. From what little I know about you(mainly your pie chart) you seem like you would like Glass Casket.

Glass Casket is great too, not my favorite genre but there are a few bands in it that are gems.

I might check Glass Casket out because you guys seem to think they're really good. And i always thought of All Shall Perish as a Melodic Death Metal band, not Deathcore.

Most people here consider them deathcore, I consider them more on the death metal side.
