Monster makes four songs released so far that are garbage, no hope for this record

Rap God was decent outside of the beat.

Yeah, the flow was good, just the beat was terrible

Also he's still using the same kind of lyrics, but alright song all in all I guess

I haven't heard Survival, don't really want to though

Rap God has sweet flow with a horrible beat and shitty lyrics. That adds up to being a bad track.

His flow is out of this world good and its catchy, some of his rhyme schemes are also pretty good
(Em's always been good at that though)

It's true the lyrics are bad but the song is catchy enough, I'll admit that that "Supersonic speed
lyrics" made me crack a smile and be like "woah"

Call it a guilty pleasure if you will

I don't like any of the other songs though

I think I might give it a listen out of morbid curiosity if there's a lot of buzz around it, but for the most part I'm not interested in the least

The only reason I'm even following the tracks and planning to listen to it is because he named it after this one and this is Godlike

In the song "Talkin' 2 Myself" on Recovery, he said he felt he had let down his fans and he himself
admitted that Relapse and Encore were sub par, but Recovery was worse than Relapse in my opinion

So, he either really lost the passion and now is only doing this to please his fanbase, or he is
genuinely convinced this is good shit

Probably the first one considering he's bringing back his Slim Shady persona, something fans have been
asking for a long time, but it's most likely something in between

I still wish that Em would've just called it quits after the eminem show. He would've left the game a legend.

Feels like he has nothing to say over this last decade.

^Agreed. We would be left wondering what amazing things he could have done had he not quit, but instead he has decided to shit on his career time and time again to the point that he has been shittier and released more abysmal records than he has good ones

Well at first he was poor as fuck, so he talked about being poor and other various stories. Then he was angry as fuck so he talked about being angry. Then he was going through family struggles so he talked about that. Then he ran out of shit to say and made three albums about nothing.
