Now that I've had a chance to check this out, it sucks I never had the chance to listen to these guys when I was back in highschool, right around when this came out. Would have fit nicely into all of the catalog of stuff I was starting to getting into at the time (Idiot Flesh, Mr. Bungle, John Zorn). Really good stuff going on here.
Kind of dates me actually, remembering the year this came out. Shit I'm old.

Good to see people loving this. As a fellow Kalamazoo native as these guys, they definitely deserve the credit. I got to see them quite a bit and Brent used to book bands at the club that I played at in town. Each album is different and represents a new side of the band, which I dug about these dudes. Check out the later albums as well if you haven't. If you need any, I own them all.

^This might be a good idea, but mind you my taste is not very representative for this site. Haha. People are not generally crazy about avant garde music on here, which sort of irks me. This band seems to be hugely influential on plenty of bands: SOAD, Mudvayne, Dog Fashion Disco and Shaolin Death Squad to name a few.
