Fatxl Rose's grating voice is unique but doesn't sound good and butchers the 'could be' hooks found on their material, Slash's solos are good, but he doesn't bring enough interesting riffs to save the music, the rhythm section is nothing special, and there's a couple decent songs at most. The album is a 2.5 on a good day, and the others aren't any better, and Chinese Democracy is awful.

lol my 24 year old self used to like AFD somewhat when I was a wee tot but had faded fast since.

I've literally never been able to get into Guns N Roses, and my parents showed me them really early on. I think I first heard AFD when I was like 7 or 8 and I only ended up sort of liking Paradise City and Anything Goes. Even those tracks have really soured on me.

Guns N' Roses are just late 1980s/1990s Avenged Sevenfold and Sweet Child o' Mine has a fucking awful riff that makes me want to 1.0 Appetite for Destruction don't @ me.

Use Your Illusion was the same way, dug November Rain and thought the rest was ehhh, then that soured on me as time went on. The only one I've never heard is The Spaghetti Incident, and if the averages are anything to go by (which tbf sometimes they aren't) I don't even want to hear it.
