Vocals are way too treble boosted and the melodies are tone deaf and lazy. Still, the worst part about Group Four is the outro which sounds like a rehash of Angel, but worse.

I can't dislike Group Four when "daaaaaaaaydreaming" is a thing

In my native language "tone deafness" refers to one's inability to detect out of tune notes. Does it differ in English? Back to the point, in Group Four Liz's tone deafness is her inability to write melodies that sound coherent. Just weird melodies all around sorry. I like her when she's normal? I'm being too harsh I think.

I love her vocal melodies in Group Four. Sure they wander a bit, but I don't think that makes them incoherent. When I think of incoherent weird melodies I think latter-day Bjork (like on her last album where she just sings whatever melody over whatever song, so detached and arbitrary)
