@Frost15 I got you, man. Here's the Celestial + SGNL>05 Japanese Remaster from Discogs: https://www.discogs.com/release/2109730-Isis-Celestial-SGNL05
Not sure why it isn't listed on the main album catalog. This is THE definitive version for me.

@bananatossing You are the man! I managed to listen to the master you linked and it's incredible indeed. It sounds significantly better than the cardboard digipak remaster I own.
I guess it's time to dive deep into Celestial again!

Sure thing bro! Nick Zampiello is a genius and his work should have gotten more recognition. He also remastered The Mosquito Control + Red Sea EP's (I also have that release in physical). For these two EP's, though, I do recommend the newer 2018 remasters because they were handled by mr. Aaron Turner himself.

This is going to sound cliche but this album really does feel like drifting through currents and waves

'The leap from Celestial to this was nuts' (2)
yeah, I know there's some love for that record around here, but man there's absolutely no comparison. The relationship between the softer and heavier moments here is so brilliantly executed. This sounds way more refined.
Panopticon is still numero uno, but I'd perhaps put this over WR now
