@Johnny, to answer if you'll like it: I think you'll like it way more than Colton for sure, but I ultimately predict a 3/5 from you
It's mostly goofy and zany (though it has serious spots like "A Tear for Eddie "(dedicated to Funkadelic's Eddie Hazel, a huge influence of Dean Ween's, who had died less than a year before the album's recording,) most of Baby Bitch (about an ex trying to ruin his current relationship) and most of What Deaner Was Talkin' About (about anxiety))
Although they're usually only a handful of times per album, I really appreciate Ween's serious moments because they're incredibly sincere and fluid
Genre wise It's mainly a mix of neo-psych and folk-rock (though there's a soul song and a country song as well), oh and a 7 minute Mexican Western with an epic story of murder, betrayal, and more
Ween's loves pitch shifting/vocal effects, creating characters, and recurring references, they're designed very much like a cult band (which they are haha!)
