listening to this for 183th time and i just noticed blake plays the exact same fill during the transition from the "comfort" section to the slow outro in prequel as he does in the opening seconds of sun of nothing

just got back from seeing them play this album front to back. actually surprised they really play through sun / ants / prequel entirely without stopping. great show



very notable though... dustie DID NOT play. they had the same guy standing in from last summer's parallax tour. the band did not acknowledge his absence and afaik they never announced anything about him not being able to perform this tour (whether it be because of the allegations or the back issue). nothing on dustie's socials either. makes me think they may have quietly fired him.
