true. Maybe it's because I suffer from some ear illnes that prevents me from hearing all the classic stuff they did... but i never could get into any of their stuff. I just get bored after 15 minutes or so. It's kind of pretty and that's about it.

Yeah the repetition is just fucking mesmerizing to me, and the subtle builds make this so worth taking the time to really get into. I think this is their best too. Definitely not an album where you wanna put just 1 track on (except 3 or 8 sometimes), but it works so well as a cohesive listen, and 8 as the closer is the best thing on any Sigur album.
